2、基建云服务作为一项面向企业组织提供的公有云服务，将接受最终用户（即“您”）所属企业组织的委托处理您的个人信息，包括企业组织或您在使用服务的过程中上传或提交的个人信息。企业组织是此类个人信息的处理者，我们是受托人。我们根据企业组织的指示（包括企业组织管理员通过管理后台进行的操作等），以及我们与企业组织间的协议或基于提供企业管理服务等目的处理您的此类个人信息。如您对相关内容有疑问或主张相关的个人信息权益，可以联系您所属企业组织进行处理。

To provide you with enterprise organization account registration, handle your feedback, improve and optimize services, ensure product security, and comply with national laws and regulations, Huawei Cloud will collect your personal information that you provide or generate when using the services in accordance with the Privacy Statement released by Huawei Cloud.

As a public cloud service provided for enterprises/organizations, Construction Cloud accepts the entrustment of the enterprise/organization to which the end user (hereinafter referred to as "you") belongs to process your personal information, including the personal information uploaded or submitted by your enterprise/organization or by you during the use of the services. We are only the entrusted party, and your enterprise/organization is the processor of such personal information. We process your personal information based on the instructions of the enterprise/organization (including the operations performed by the enterprise/organization administrator through the management console), the agreement between us and the enterprise/organization, or the purpose of providing enterprise management services.
