To provide you with enterprise organization account registration, handle your feedback, improve and optimize services, ensure product security, and comply with national laws and regulations, Huawei Cloud will collect your personal information that you provide or generate when using the services in accordance with the Privacy Statement released by Huawei Cloud.
2. As a public cloud service provided for enterprises/organizations, Construction Cloud accepts the entrustment of the enterprise/organization to which the end user (hereinafter referred to as "you") belongs to process your personal information, including the personal information uploaded or submitted by your enterprise/organization or by you during the use of the services. We are only the entrusted party, and your enterprise/organization is the processor of such personal information. We process your personal information based on the instructions of the enterprise/organization (including the operations performed by the enterprise/organization administrator through the management console), the agreement between us and the enterprise/organization, or the purpose of providing enterprise management services. If you have any questions about the content or claim personal information rights, contact your enterprise/organization.
